The system has got all members of staff involved through a thorough induction process. We now have a formal induction process for all new starts. This system has enabled us to win the trust of our staff by offering a genuinely safe work place with proper procedures on reporting any concerns and carrying out the necessary risk analysis and then implementing the necessary change. It has heightened all staff’s awareness of WPH&S.

This program has formed the foundation of a quality assurance we have introduced to the business. In both an official WPH&S audit plus an audit of our eco accreditation certification we have received compliments for our WPH&S system and it said that our quality shines through. The monthly updates have been an invaluable source of information. It allows us to attend to affected areas in a timely fashion. It has enabled us to be an industry leader in several things as opposed to a follower.
